colleagues, set up a projector, and view the webinars
together.
The season begins September 14 and runs through
May 23. Unless otherwise
noted, the webinars take
place Wednesdays at 1 p.m.
Pacific time. Season pass
holders have access to the
archives to watch at their
convenience.
ISTE members can
purchase a season pass
for $795. Visit iste.org/
webinars for details.
Coaching Standards,
White Paper Released
ISTE has added to its suite
of technology standards
with the release of the
NETS for Technology
Coaches (NETS•C), which
focus on the transformation of professional development for a new digital
generation.
ISTE unveiled the stan-
dards at its annual confer-
ence in Philadelphia in
June in conjunction with
the release of the coaching
white paper “Coaching,
Technology, and Commu-
nity: Power Partners for
Improved Professional De-
velopment in Primary and
Secondary Education.”
In addition to case stud-
ies, the paper includes tips
for leveraging technology,
coaching, and commu-
nity; recommended next
steps; and a first look at
the details of the NETS•C
(see “Technology, Coach-
ing, and Community” on
page 48). Download the
coaching white paper at
